A unique combination of EPDM rubber granules and a cushion layer of shredded recycled rubber tires utilizing a Polyurethane Binder that is poured in place on site providing a seamless surface for endless applications – Most importantly providing critical protection from strain and injury to calves, knees and joints. This is achieved by dispersing the impact of the feet hitting the surface, thus reducing the overall impact on the knees, joints and calf muscles.

It also reduces contact with dust, sand and mud thus drastically reducing the chances of allergies, and finally, and finally, the anti water absorption properties ensure that even
during the monsoons, the surface does not become messy or soggy, making the jogging track an all weather proof surface.

It has been rigorously tested in Indian conditions and comes backed with a full 3 year warranty

The surface is also very easy to maintain and can be easily resurfaced when required.

How is the surface installed?

One only needs to take a few simple things into consideration:

• It is laid out on any smooth, pre-prepared IPS/PCC surface
• The sub-floor must be cleaned of all paint, polish, wax, oil, grease and other dust and dirt particles, prior to installation
• All cracks,protuberances and bulges on the sub-floor need to be filled up with suitable fillers and/or leveled by sanding
• The surface can be used after 24 hrs of completion of installation
